The Spicord API makes it possible to create only one bot to the minecraft server for multiple plugins. DiscordNotify links itself to the plugin and uses such bot.
LuckPerms is fully supported and doesn't need Vault. The Permission Systems are needed for the RoleSync Feature.
Vault is a plugin which makes it possible to Support nearly any Permission System.
Just put your Permission System and Vault on your server and done!
